I have a Shop account, and it shows a credit card at checkout. How do I use my NWJ invoicing instead?

The Shop app may automatically suggest a saved credit card.

To use your Nationwide Jewellers invoice instead:

At the checkout, click “Alternative payment methods” below the credit card and choose “Invoice via Nationwide Jewellers Head Office”

I made a mistake in my order – what should I do?

No problem — just contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we’ll do our best to adjust it before dispatch.
