Expecting a parcel from BetterFinds? Follow these steps to track its journey to your door.
Step 1
Once we've fulfilled your order within 1-2 business days from your order, we'll let you know. Check your email for your tracking number.
Step 2
Insert your tracking number on Australia Post's tracking page to check your parcel's status. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking code to become active.

I haven’t received a tracking number or order fulfilment email
If you've only received an order confirmation, rest assured, we are still fulfilling your order. We will email you once it has been dispatched, along with the tracking number.
The order tracking number doesn’t work
Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking code to become active in the system. If it’s still not working after this time, let us know, and we’ll help look into it.
What does 'pending' mean when tracking my item?
'Pending' means your item hasn’t yet been scanned by Australia Post. This can happen because your parcel:
- Hasn’t been posted yet
- Was posted in a street posting box (which may take a bit longer for initial scanning)
- Was posted in bulk over the counter, but hasn’t been scanned individually yet.
The tracking status should update within 24 to 48 hours.
If 'pending' appears on an older tracking number (inactive for over two months), it may be archived.
