Where can I find my order details?

We have sent you an order confirmation at the time of purchase to the email address you've provided. Please contact us if you haven't received it.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email with the tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours from your purchase for the shipping confirmation and tracking details to be updated in your email.

Who do you use for shipping?

We use Australia Post for all deliveries. They offer trackable shipping so you can follow your package from the moment it leaves us until it arrives at your door.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Australia Post Delivery

For orders under $100, there's a flat rate. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Check the checkout page for any seasonal changes to these rates.

Express Australia Post Delivery

The cost for express delivery varies based on your location and the weight of your order. You can see the price by entering your postcode in the freight calculator on the shopping cart page.

How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, we'll email you with an Australia Post tracking number. You can use this number on the Australia Post website to see where your order is. Keep in mind that it might take up to 48 hours for the tracking details to appear, but your order is definitely on its way.

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

We'll send a confirmation email with a tracking number to your provided email address as soon as your order is on its way.

Why do I need to provide my phone number at checkout?

Australia Post requires us to collect a contact phone number for parcel deliveries. This helps ensure that any delivery issues can be resolved quickly.

Returns

What if I'm not satisfied with the product(s) I purchased?

If you are not satisfied because the item is faulty or you received the wrong order, you can return it to BetterFinds within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, including the shipping cost. If you change your mind, you can contact us for an exchange or refund if returned within 14 days, but please note that the cost of return shipping isn't covered and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

How can I return my product?

For returns, please contact us at hello@betterfinds.com.au to obtain a product return form. Return the item, along with the completed form, within 14 days of delivery. Remember, the product must be in its original packaging and condition.

What if the product is defective or broken?

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please send it back to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Ensure it’s in the original packaging, and contact us first to facilitate the return.
